By booking a stay at Gorkha Luxury Homestay, you agree to the following terms:

1. Check-In & Check-Out:
   Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
   Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

2. Booking & Payments:
   Advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

3. ID Verification:
   Government-approved ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in.

   • 50% charge for cancellations within 3 days.

   • No refund for no-shows.

5. Guest Conduct:
   We expect all guests to behave respectfully. Damages caused to property will be chargeable.

6. Pets & Smoking:

   • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

   • Pets are allowed only on prior request (if applicable).
